浅谈中考前初三体育训练的教学方法

A Brief Talk on the Teaching Method of Physical Education Training in Grade Three before Middle School Entrance Examination

新课改以来,我国教育体系中对于体育教育教学的重视度不断提高,学生具有强健体格上才能更好地完成学习任务。体育成绩已经成为我国中考升学中的必考项目,且体育成绩所占比重还在不断上升,体育成为文化课之外又一中考升学的加分项。文章主要从中考前的体育训练入手,就初三体育教学方法进行简单分析研究。

Since the new curriculum reform,the importance of physical education and teaching in our education system has been constantly increasing.Only when students have strong physique can they better complete their learning tasks.Sports achievement has become a compulsory item in the entrance examination of high school in China,and the proportion of sports achievement is still rising.Sports has become another additional item in the entrance examination of high school besides culture class.Starting from the physical training before the entrance examination,this paper makes a simple analysis and research on the physical education teaching methods of the grade three of junior middle school.
