高职院校药学专业工学交替人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Alternating Working and Learning Talents for Pharmaceutical Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

工学交替人才培养模式是目前高职院校人才培养改革的主要方向之一,了解工学交替人才培养模式特点,解决其存在的问题并进行合理构建,是实现工学交替教学改革实践的必要前提,本文总结了高职药学专业在工学交替教学模式改革实践过程中的一些经验,为培养适应医药行业高速发展的高技能人才提供参考。

The training mode of work-study alternation is one of the main directions of talent training reform in higher vocational colleges at present.Understanding the characteristics of the training mode of work-study alternation,solving its existing problems and building it reasonably are the necessary preconditions for realizing the practice of teaching reform of work-study alternation.This paper summarizes some experiences of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges in the process of teaching reform and practice of work-study alternation,in order to cultivate students.It can provide reference for cultivating high-skilled talents who can adapt to the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry.
