Crisis of Teachers of Public Basic Courses in Colleges and Universities in the MOOC Era and Its Countermeasures

MOOC时代,高校教学改革蓄势待发,高校中一支庞大队伍--公共课教师势必受到影响并产生危机感。从学者观点入手,分析公共课教师队伍的必要性,并从三个方面说明公共课教师应该取长补短,消除危机感,主动适应高等教育信息化、社会化的趋势。

In the era of MOOC,the reform of teaching in colleges and universities is imminent,and a large team of teachers in public courses in colleges and universities will inevitably be affected and have a sense of crisis.Starting from the viewpoint of scholars,this paper analyses the necessity of the teaching staff of public courses,and illustrates from three aspects that the teachers of public courses should learn from their strengths to make up for their weaknesses,eliminate the sense of crisis and actively adapt to the trend of informationization and socialization of higher education.
