With the continuous change of social environment,the demand for talents is also increasing continuously.In the process of secondary education,the focus of education and training for students has not only reflected in the cultivation of professional ability,but also the cultivation of team consciousness is very important.This paper briefly analyses the skills of cheerleading teaching to cultivate the team consciousness of middle school students,hoping to provide some help for the relevant educators.
