高校共享小语种资源培养国际化复合型人才路径的探索——以吉林省为例

Exploration on the Way of Sharing Small Language Resources in Colleges and Universities to Cultivate Internationalized and Compound Talents——Taking Jilin as an Example

当前世界新形势下,我国坚持改革开放,以'一带一路'建设为重点,形成陆海内外联动、东西双向互济的开放格局。吉林省作为'一带一路'倡议中向北开放的重要窗口,对国际化复合型小语种人才的需求急增,由此,吉林省高校的人才培养必须顺应时代潮流,从单一型转向'专业+多种外语'的复合型。纵观吉林省高校小语种建设,在种类和数量,信息资源,人才培养目标与课程体系之间关系等方面存在问题。本文引用共享资源理念,提出通过顶层设计和高校间合作与校内课程体系的创新,着重培养国际化的复合型、应用型人才,为国家战略提供人才。

Under the new situation of the world,China adheres to reform and opening up and takes the construction of'one belt and one road'as the focal point,and forms an open pattern of linkage between land,sea and abroad.As an important opening to the north of Jilin’s'one belt and one road'initiative,the demand for internationalized compound language talents is increasing rapidly.Therefore,the talent training of Jilin colleges and universities must conform to the trend of the times and turn from a single type to a'professional plusmulti foreign language'compound.Throughout the construction of small languages in colleges and universities in Jilin,there are some problems in terms of types and quantities,information resources,the relationship between personnel training objectives and curriculum system.This paper quotes the idea of sharing resources,and puts forward that through top-level design and innovation of university-to-university cooperation and intramural curriculum system,we should focus on cultivating internationalized compound and applied talents to provide talents for national strategy.
