摘要 反思性教学从字面角度来看是'反思',反思即对问题的结果重新思考,思维的对象包括教学内容和教学对象。作为在教学活动中积极传播文化知识的课堂带头人,高中语文教师的教学水平、丰富经验和教学质量与学生综合能力的提高密切相关。 Reflective teaching is literally'reflection',which means rethinking the result of the problem.The object of thinking includes teaching content and teaching object.As the classroom leader who actively disseminates cultural knowledge in teaching activities,the teaching level,rich experience and teaching quality of high school Chinese teachers are closely related to the improvement of students’comprehensive ability.
