Research on the Formation and Operation Mechanism of High School Students’ Associations

学生社团是根据学生自身的兴趣爱好和特长组织起来的,这组建是需要有着极为坚实的基础,在后续运行时需要进一步完善运行机制,方能确保高中学生社团良好的运行,起到应有的价值。本文从高中学生社团的组建与运行机制两方面具体阐述其组建基础以及运行机制,完善学生社团的管理机制,探索其创新机制。

Students’associations are organized according to their own interests and specialties,which need to have a very solid foundation.In the follow-up operation,we need to further improve the operation mechanism to ensure the good operation of high school students’associations and play its due value.This paper elaborates on the foundation and operation mechanism of the formation and operation mechanism of high school student associations,perfects the management mechanism of student associations,and explores its innovative mechanism.
