摘要 加强教师队伍建设是提升义务教育教学水平的基础,在教师队伍建设过程中,最值得关注的便是广大年轻教师,他们热情洋溢,激情四射,对学生用心,但与老教师相比,最大的缺陷在于对教材的理解和把握不够深刻。因此,本文将围绕年轻教师研读小学数学教材入手,以促进年轻教师快速提升小学数学教学业务水平做出贡献。 Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff is the basis of improving the teaching level of compulsory education.In the process of the construction of the teaching staff,the most noteworthy thing is the vast number of young teachers,who are enthusiastic,passionate and devoted to students.However,compared with the old teachers,the biggest drawback lies in the lack of deep understanding and grasp of the textbooks.Therefore,this paper will focus on young teachers to study primary school mathematics textbooks,in order to promote young teachers to rapidly improve the level of primary school mathematics teaching profession to make contributions.
