In the context of information technology,improving the quality and level of basic education will help to further improve the quality of education in China.Therefore,more and more education experts pay attention to it.As we all know,teachers play an important role in basic education.However,it is found that rural teachers do not pay attention to professional development,the utilization rate of basic education information technology is low,and the quality of basic education needs to be improved by effective measures.
