摘要
当今许多高职院校将培育'工匠精神'作为其主要目标。但'工匠精神'的培育并不能单纯依靠教导,而重在传承,所以,高职院校的教师必须首先具备'工匠精神'。由于教师考评制度对培养高职教师的'工匠精神'起着至关重要的作用,所以应以倡导'工匠精神'为前提设定高职院校教师的评价和考核制度。
Nowadays,many higher vocational colleges take the cultivation of'craftsman spirit'as their main goal.However,the cultivation of'craftsman spirit'can not rely solely on teaching,but on inheritance.Therefore,teachersin higher vocational collegesmust first possess'craftsman spirit'.Asthe teacher evaluation systemplaysavital role in training the'craftsman spirit'of higher vocational teachers,the evaluation and evaluation system of higher vocational teachers should be established on the premise of advocating'craftsman spirit'.
