专业评估背景下土木工程专业青年教师教学能力培养探究——以湖南科技大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 地方高校土木工程专业多以培养应用型人才为目标,青年教师在教学理念、教学方法、工程素质等方面的能力与专业评估(认证)的要求均有一定差距。强化师德师风教育,严把新教师上岗关、上课关,夯实专业学识、培养工程教学能力,加强校企合作,强化教学研究,建立长效机制,是提升土木工程专业青年教师教学能力的有效途径。 The civil engineering specialty in local colleges and universities is mainly aimed to cultivate applied talents.Unfortunately,the ability of young teachers cannot well meet the requirements of professional assessment(accreditation),in teaching concepts,methods,engineering qualities and other aspects.Therefore,some measures have been put forward in this paper such as strengthening their morality and orientation,consolidating their professional knowledge,cultivating engineering teaching ability,enhancing school-enterprise cooperation,reinforcing their teaching proficiency and research and establishing long-term mechanism,to improve the young teachers’teaching ability.
