智能监控输液系统对消化内科输液安全的影响

目的研究智能监控输液系统对消化内科输液安全的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月在我院消化内科进行输液治疗的103例患者作为研究对象,其中信息化管理系统应用前51例,应用后52例。对两组进行患者满意度以及医护人员满意度评价,并比较信息化管理系统应用前后各项活动的用时情况。结果信息化管理系统应用前后相比,应用后患者各项指标的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息化管理系统应用前后相比,应用后护士工作各项指标的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息化管理系统应用前后相比,应用后两组患者的各项活动用时均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息化管理系统应用前后相比,应用后局部渗出、空气进入管、输错药或输漏药、滴速过快、滴速过慢等不良反应发生率均低于应用前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理在消化内科输液中的应用,提高了护士工作效率以及患者对输液流程的满意度,提高患者输液的安全性,可以在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Conclusion The application of information management in outpatient infusion, improve the work efficiency and patient satisfaction with the infusion process,Infusion to improve patient safety, can be further extended and used in clinical.
