摘要 目的探讨基层卫生院护士职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用问卷调查法,对广州市花都区4家基层卫生院共214名护士进行工作倦怠量表(MBI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查,并对其结果进行分析。结果基层卫生院护士职业倦怠状况属于中等水平,但个人成就感维度倦怠程度高于国内常模水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);基层卫生院护士职业倦怠与其社会支持程度存在显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论基层卫生院护士职业倦怠程度高,尤其缺乏个人成就感;加强社会支持,以改善护士职业倦怠。 Objectives To investigate the relationship between burnout and social support among primary hospital nurses. Methods A self-administered questionnaire consisting of burnout and social support was used in this study. A revised version of Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)was applied to evaluate the burnout, and social support was measured by ten questions. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the association between burnout and social support. Results According to the results obtained from the study, Nurses of primary hospital suffered from emotional exhaustion(EE) and depersonalization(DP)in moderate degree, and suffered from lower personal achievements(PA)in severe degree(P <0.01). Further correlation analysis indicated that the score of EE, DP and PA were negative associated with the score of social support in primary hospitals nurse(P<0.01). Conclusions This study suggests that we should pay more attention to the relationship between burnout and reduced personal accomplishment in future studies.
