摘要
扼要介绍了人体微量元素的部分生物学特征 ,并通过对比模拟分析矿泉水与生活饮用水中微量元素的溶量 ,对饮用矿泉水与普通水的营养及安全作出了评估。
Some biological fetatures of minor elements in a human body are discussed.Nutrition and security of drinking mineral water and drinking water are asessed on the basis of simulation of contrent of minor elements in mineral water and drinking water.
