摘要
影响油脂降解的因素很多。文章分析了温度、pH、表面活性剂、溶解氧量、油脂含量、长链脂肪酸的抑制等6个影响因素。
There are many factors effecting on oil and lipid biodegradation. Seven factors such as temperature, pH, surfactants, soluble oxygen, the content of oil and lipid, long chain fatty acid etc are analyzed.
