摘要
研究了不同浓度含油废水(即50mg·L^(-1)、100mg·L^(-1)、200mg·L^(-1)、400mg·L^(-1)和800mg·L^(-1))排放对秋茄幼苗生理生化指标的影响。经过一年试验表明:含油废水浓度高达800mg·LL^(-1)时秋茄的根系活力显著降低。含油废水浓度为400mg·L^(-1)或800mg·L^(-1),叶片过氧化氢酶活性显著下降,其他浓度组与对照组比无显著差异。50mg·L^(-1)和100mg·L^(-1)浓度含油废水对叶片电导率无显著影响;200mgL^(-1)组的叶片电导率在实验前期显著高于对照组,污灌半年后恢复至对照水平;当含油废水浓度为400mg·L^(-1)或更高时,叶片电导率始终明显高于对照水平。50mg·L^(-1)组叶片游离脯氨酸含量与对照无显著差异;100mg·L^(-1)和200mg·L^(-1)组在实验前期叶片游离脯氨酸含量显著高于对照组,污灌半年后影响逐渐消除;而400mg·L^(-1)和800mg·L^(-1)浓度含油废水的排放致使叶片游离脯氨酸含量始终明显高于对照水平。由此可见,较低浓度的含油废水对秋茄幼苗的上述4项生理生化指标无不利影响,但400mg·L^(-1)和800mg·L^(-1)含油废水的排放则有明显不利影响。
Effects of oily wastewater on the physical and biochemical indexes of Kandelia Candel seedling were studied. The vigor of root system was decreased significantly with the discharge of 800 mg/L oily wastewater. When discharge with 400 mg/L and 800 mg/L, the catalase activity of leaves was decreased, while other treatment had no difference. When treated with 50, 100, until 800 mg/L wastewater, the electrical conductivity and free proline had different results. In a word, the lower concentration of oily wastewater had no effect on the physical and biochemical indexes, but the higher (400 mg/L and 800 mg/L) had significantly adverse effects on these indexes of Kandelia Candel seedling.
