锅炉水膜除尘器改造及赛姆洛图表的应用研究

针对文丘里水膜除尘器运行中存在的问题 ,采用文丘里 +旋流板 +喷淋 +折流板除雾器的方案改造原有的除尘器 ,在系统阻力理论分析的基础上 ,采用赛姆洛图表对其理论除尘效率进行估算 ,与工程改造后实际应用相一致。

Based on the existent problem of the running water film dust collector, applied venturi and rotating stream tray and spraying and demister to reconstruct the old dust collector. Under the fundation of theory analysis,applied semrau chart to estimate the efficiency of dust removal in theory. We draw a conclusion that all the theoretic data are in accord with the applied effects.
