普宁市凉果资源利用状况分析

ANALYSIS ON UTILIZATION OF PRESERVED FRUIT RESOURCES IN PUNING CITY,GUANGDONG PROVINCE

广东省普宁市是著名的果乡 ,其水果大部分加工成凉果 ,加工企业众多 ,主要分布在山区乡镇 ,与资源分布密切相关 ;水果产量有望提高 ,来满足富余的加工能力 ,若增加品种、提高档次 ,可扩大市场 ;为推动凉果加工产业化 ,要办好龙头企业 ,实现集团化经营。

Puning City is famous for fruit,which are mostly processed as preserved fruit.There are lots of processing enterprises distributed in mountain area,which is closely related to distribution of preserved fruit resources.To develop preserved fruit industry in Puning,the output of fruit should be increased to meet the needs of processing capacity,the variety and quality of preserved fruit should also be increased to expand the market,and the leading enterprises should be developed to realize bloc management.
