摘要
从吉林市农药厂采集的污泥样品中筛选出JLNY0 1和JLNY0 2降解阿特拉津 (AT)的菌种 ,模拟地下水环境 (pH =7,温度 1 0℃ )进行实验 ,结果表明 ,JLNY0 1在一定时间内驯化 ,降解率可达 83 6 % ;JLNY0 2可直接在低温条件下进行降解 ,其降解率可达 81 8% .而在高温 ( 30℃ )条件下 ,JLNY0 1在 6d内可达到对AT的完全降解 ,而JLNY0 2的降解率仅为 31 5 % .证明JLNY0 1温度愈高降解效果愈好 ,而JLNY0 2只适于在低温下降解 ,可确定为一种嗜冷菌 .
This paper talks about the screening of two more effective microorganisms(JLNY01,JLNY02)for the degradation of Atrazine.And by means of conditional problems of varying tests,we have discussed the influential factors.As to JLNY01,the experiment manifests that the degradation rate of Atrazine can reach 83.6%.When the temperature is high,the degradation effectiveness becomes better:under 30℃,in 6 days,it can breaks down almost all the Atrazine.The degradation effectiveness of JLNY02 is better when the temperature is not so high:under 10℃,the degradation rate of Atrazine can reach 81.8%.By constrast,when the temperature becomes high,for example,under 30℃,the degradation rate can only reach 31.5%,so it is proved a psychophile.
