摘要
收集了扬子石油化工公司芳烃厂歧化反应器DC -501B下半部SA -2B与SA -1环缝之间的筒体壁厚的超声波测厚数据 ,运用数理统计的方法 ,验证了歧化反应器筒体的锻造质量和制造精度 ;阐述了无损检验如何才能保证歧化反应器使用的安全可靠性。
The check of forging quality and manufacturing accuracy of disproportionated reactor cylinder was performed by using statistical method based on collected data of cylinder thickness detected utilizing supersonic wave from circular leak between SA-2B and SA-1 of the lower part of disproportioned reactor DC-501B in the Aromatic Hydrocarbon Plant, Yangzi Petrochemical Company. How to ensure safety reliability is explained for safety operation of disproportionated reactor when non-destructive testing.
