摘要
计算机网络技术的发展为现代教育教学提供了先进的技术支持。同时对教育体制、教育模式、教学形式等产生了巨大影响。基于网络环境下教育教学有其基本特点 ,网络教育教学发展缓慢存在其特殊原因。
The development of computer cyber technology has provided advanced technological support for modern education, which at the same time has engendered great influence on the system, mode and form of education. Education has traits of its own under cyber environment. And the slow progress of cybereducation has special reasons.
