The key to fostering creative person lies in the innovative education. The research discuss teaching method sets a good example for transition fromtraditional education to innovative education. I present the features of the research discuss teaching method as follows: first from stationary teaching model to dynamic teaching model; secondfrom memorizing learning to discovery learning; third fromextenal motivation to internal motivation, from short term motivation to long term motivation.
