摘要
不断思考和改进自己的教学实践的教师是“反思型教师”。要想由经验型教师转变为反思型教师 ,就必须把反思的理论引入自己的教学实践 ,变常规性教学为反思性教学 ,并积极开展反思性教育科研。
Teachers of self assessment are those who constantly think of their teaching practice and try to improve it. It is a must for those experienced teachers to absorb self assessment theories into their teaching practice and turn conventional teaching into self assessing teaching, then to become teachers of self assessment.
