摘要
提出了培养大学生健美操创编能力的目标、步骤及考核方法 ,通过对比实验 ,证明对培养大学生健美操创编能力的效果是显著的 。
This paper puts forward the goals , steps and check-up methods of fostering college students' design ability in callisthenics course. Through the comparative experimentation, the paper demonstrates that the effect of training college students' ability of designing calisthenics is so marked that the students' ability to innovate can be greatly improved.
