One of the biggest problems teachers face is a lesson where the students are at the different leveils-some with competent English,some whose English isn't very good and some whose English is only just getting started.Unless the level-bsed selection has taken place,teachers face this problem everyday.Depending on persomal teaching experience,the paper provides three effective and feasible ways of solving this problem analyzing the individual differences,adopung differentiared teaching and carrying out group work.
