Legislation Theory and Practice Featured with Chinese Socialism Characteristics——A Summary of the 2016 Academic Conference held by China Law Society Legislation Association

中国法学会立法学研究会2016年学术年会于2016年11月19至20日在中山大学召开,以"中国特色社会主义立法理论与实践"为主题,集中讨论了党领导立法的实践经验、人大主导立法的体制机制、地方立法的理论与实践、科学立法与民主立法等问题,对推动我国立法理论与立法事业发展及立法学科建设具有重要意义,本文对会议发言中的主要观点进行综述。

The 2016 academic conference on legislation study sponsored by China Law Society Legislation Association was held in Sun Yet-san University on November 19^(th) to 20^(th),2016.The theme of the conference was 'Legislation Theory and Practice Featured with Chinese Socialism Characteristics'.A serial of topics had been widely discussed,including the practical experience of legislation under the leadership of the Party,the system and mechanism of the leading-role of the people's congress in legislation,the theory and practice of local legislation,and scientific and democratic legislation.The significance and far-reaching impacts of this conference cannot be overemphasized,and this article sums up the basic ideas presented in the conference for the readers' reference.
