尽管仓促通过的《民法总则》有诸多不尽如人意之处,但是,立足于规范演进的视角观察,相对于原有规范,很多调整都更好地回应了现实的需求。具体规范调整的原因,是人们思想观念的转变。调整的目的,是为了以更合理的规范,匡正现实中的利益失衡。

There are some unsatisfactory respects when General Part of Civil Code was hastily passed.To observe it in the perspective of normative evolution,many amendments are better responsed to the real demand compared to old norms.The change of people's idea is the cause of norm amendment.The purpose of norm amendment is to rectify the imbalance of benefit in reality according to more reasonable norms.
