一种中压调节阀调整抽汽方式的探讨

Discussion on Adjustment of Steam Extraction by Reheat Pressure Regulating Stage

根据目前供汽需求,文章提出了采用中压设置调节级与中压调节阀协同调节的抽汽方式,并与中压不设置调节级方案进行了详细对比。对比分析表明,在长期抽汽情况下,采用中压设置调节级进行中压调节阀调整抽汽方案能够带来设计的简化和经济收益。

According to the current steam supply demand,this paper puts forward the reheat pressure regulating stage and reheat control valve settings to use collaborative adjust way of extraction,and compares it with the scheme which is not contain the reheat pressure regulating stage in detail.Comparative analysis shows that under the condition of extraction for a long time,the reheat pressure setting regulation stage and the reheat control valve adjusting the extraction scheme can bring design simplification and economic benefits.
