台山项目核电双联低压加热器制造工艺技术研究

Research on Manufacturing Technology of Nuclear Power Duplex LP Heater in Taishan Project

文章结合生产实践和低压加热器结构特点,对制造难度较大,直接影响后续装配的关键零部件,管系搭建,换热管与管板密封焊,壳体法兰密封面加工,水压试验等方面的制造工艺技术进行了分析。

Combining the production practice with the structural characteristics of the LP heater,the manufacturing technologies are analyzed,such as the key parts which are difficult to manufacture and directly affect the subsequent assembly,pipe system construction,heat exchange tube and tube plate seal welding,body flange sealing surface processing and water pressure test.
