1160 MW核电凝汽器重型框架壳体模块制造技术浅析

摘要 1 160 MW核电凝汽器壳体模块是东汽自主设计和自主制造的尺寸最大、质量最大的框架模块。其主要制造技术指标包括壳体整体同轴度、整体外形尺寸精度、管板封口焊PT合格率,均是控制难点。文章通过对制造中相关重难点的计算和分析,探讨科学合理的工艺措施,确保该项目顺利完工,并为后续更大尺寸凝汽器壳体制造提供学术储备。 The shell of 1 160 MW nuclear power condenser is the frame module with the largest size and the largest mass that independent design and manufacture by DTC.The main manufacturing technical indexes include the overall coaxiality of the shell,the dimension accuracy of the shell,and the rate of tube plate sealing welding which are all difficult to control.In this paper,though the analysis and calculation of the relevant difficulties in manufacturing,scientific and reasonable technological measures are discussed to ensure the smooth completion of the project,technical reserves are provided for the subsequent manufacture of larger size condenser shell.
