等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积(PS-PVD)制热障涂层(TBCs)抗燃气热腐蚀性能研究

摘要 文章分析了等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积(PS-PVD)TBCs的抗燃气热腐蚀性能。结果表明:高温合金(Mar 247)直接暴露在燃气热腐蚀环境下腐蚀最严重,平均失重速率达2.035 9 g/m^2·h;涂覆MCrAlY涂层后, MCrAlY涂层腐蚀平均失重速率为0.157 8 g/m^2·h,基材未被腐蚀得到保护;涂覆TBCs(MCrAlY+8YSZ)后, MCrAlY/YSZ涂层未出现腐蚀剥落现象,抗燃气热腐蚀效果最好。 The paper analyzes gas heat corrosion resistance of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)deposited by plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD).The results show that the superalloy(Mar 247)directly exposed to the gas heat corrosion environment is the most serious corrosion,the average weight loss rate is 2.035 9 g/m^2·h.After sprayed MCrAlY coatings,the average weight loss rate is 0.157 8 g/m^2·h,base material is not corroded.After deposited MCrAlY and 8 YSZ coatings,TBCs does not appear spalling phenomenon,the effect of gas heat corrosion resistance is the best.
