摘要
2000年,全球氯乙酸的总产能为60万-70万t/a,西欧产能最大,为30万t/a。我国绝大多数氯乙酸生产企业采用以硫磺粉为催化剂的间歇氯化生产工艺,而国外大都采用连续化氯化反应器,以醋酐为催化剂。今年6月,阿克苏在泰兴建成投产2.5万t/a氯乙酸装置,提高了我国氯乙酸的生产水平。今后市场对高纯度氯乙酸产品的需求将保持旺盛,含量在98%以下的低纯度产品市场将日益缩减。作者认为,国内企业不应将氯乙酸作为精细化学品来生产,而应作为基础化工产品;为提高产品的竞争力,应从提高产品质量、降低生产成本、提高生产技术等方面入手。
At present, the world total chloroacetic acid capacity is 0.6-0.7 million tons per year, the Western Europe is the largest manufacturer with an annual capacity of 0. 3 million tons. Many of China's producers adopt interrupter chloration process by brimstone catalyst, however continuous chloration reactor by acetic anhydride catalyst has been used abroad. In July 2002, Akzo has started up a chloroacetic acid production unit in Tai Xing, China with a capacity of 25000 tons per year, China's production level has been raised. For the future, the demand of high-purity chloroacetic acid will be strong, the market of low-purity products with content being less than 98% will increasingly drop. In the author's opinion, China's producers should produce chloroacetic acid not as a fine chemical but as basic chemical, and must start with improving the quality of products, reducing cost and improving technology in order to enhance the competitive power of chloroacetic acid.
