摘要
2000年,全球新戊二醇(NPG)产量已达25万t,国外主要生产厂家有美国巴斯夫、伊斯曼等。我国两家生产厂分别为吉林巴斯夫(1.5万t/a)和山东永流(1万t/a)。目前国际上先进的NPG生产方法是缩合加氢法,该工艺的关键是加氢催化剂的选择。综合比较各种催化剂,铜锌催化剂是最理想的加氢催化剂,其在NPG合成中的工业化应用尚待进一步研究。受原料异丁醛来源的限制,我国NPG生产厂家均在北方,南方大部分NPG市场仍要依赖进口。扬子公司与巴斯夫将合资建丁-辛醇项目,其副产品即是异丁醛,作者建议在南京附近建缩合加氢法NPG装置,有望使国内市场供需达到平衡。
In 2000, the world NPG output has reached 0.25 million tons, the primary manufacturers are BASF, Eastman and etc. In China, there are two producers which are Jilin-BASF (15000t/a) and Shandong Yongliu (10000t/a). At present, the more advanced method of synthesis NPG is condensation hydrogen-ation method. The option of hydrogenation catalysts is the key of this process. Cu-Zn catalyst is the most perfect hydrogenation catalyst by general comparison with different kinds of catalysts, but its application to commercial production of NPG still needs further research. Restricted by sources of raw material isobutyl aldehyde, China's NPG manufacturers are all located in north, so the southern NPG market demand depends on imports also. Yangzi Co. will have a joint venture with BASF to set up ra-butyl alcohol-octanol unit, isobutyl aldehyde is the by-product, so the author suggested that NPG plant based on condensation hydrogenation process should be set up near Nanging in order to balance the domestic market supply and demand.
