摘要
NOX-1由NOXE树脂、氮杂环固化剂、流平剂、填料和颜料等组成,经过200℃、30min的固化,涂层热变形温度高达273℃,可耐150℃各种化学介质的腐蚀。该涂料具有无毒、耐磨、工艺简单、涂层厚度一次到位、与碳钢附着力强、涂层不易与金属剥离、价格低等优点,可采用静电喷涂、流化床浸涂和热喷涂等常规粉末涂料的涂塑工艺,适用于众多工业设备的重防腐。
NOX-1 is composed of NOXE resin, azacylo-fixer, leveling agent, filler and pigment. After 30min curing at 200℃, the distortion temperature of the coating can reach 273℃ and can resist corrosion caused by many kinds of chemical medium at 150℃. This coating is characterized by non-toxicity, wear resistance, simple process and low price. The desired thickness of coating can be reached successfully by one step, the coating has strong adhesion with carbon steel and doesn't separate from metal easily. The spray coating processes of general powder coating such as electrostatic spraying process, fluidized-bed dipping process and hot spray process can be adopted. NOX-1 can apply to heavy corrosion prevention of many industrial equipments.
