摘要
与常用的对木纤维进行化学改性的方法相比 ,本研究采用磺酰胺类增塑剂 ,在高速捏合机上对木纤维增塑 ,从而改进木纤维在聚丙烯中的分散性 ,采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯作为相容剂 ,使用了四种不同形态的木纤维来增强聚丙烯 ,研究了复合材料的力学性能与纤维种类、含量的关系 ,通过SEM研究了复合材料的断面形态 ,通过熔体流动速率研究了复合材料加工性能等。
Benzene sulfonamide was used as the plasticizer which was mixed with fiber in high speed kneader in order to improve its dispersion in polypropylene matrix. Four kinds of fibers were used as reinforcers and maleated polypropylene (MAPP) as compatilizer to prepare wood fiber/PP composites. The composites showed an obvious enhancement on tensile properties. The effects of length, length to diameter ratio of the fibers on properties of the composites were studied. Morphology and processability of the composites were investigated by SEM and melt flow rate respectively.
