在创制农用抗生素科技攻关筛选中得到一株放线链霉菌 ,菌号为 SPRI- 94 16 6 ,通过发酵、吸附、提取等手段分离得到 5个活性化合物 ,经 UV、IR、MS、NMR等手段鉴定 ,发现其中活性组分94 16 6 - 、

During screening antibiotics for agricultural use, an active streptocin strain SPRI 94166 was obtained, and five components with high bactericidal phytocidal and/or insecticide activities were separated from the broth of the strain. The spectra data of UV, IR, MS, NMR of two of these substances (94166 Ⅱ, 94166 Ⅲ) have been analyzed. They belong to flavone compounds. Identification of 94166 Ⅱ and 94166 Ⅲ was reported.
