摘要
通过采用结团凝聚工艺对洗煤废水进行的实验研究,得出了凝聚剂PAC、助凝剂PAM、水流上升速度UW和强制搅拌转速n对结团凝聚工艺的影响规律,本实验条件下,PAC、PAM、UW和n适宜范围为:ρ(PAC)=1.78~3.00mg/L;ρ(PAM)=1.10~2.90mg/L;UW=30~50cm/min,n=40~80r/min。
Experiments were conducted to study pellet coagulation process in treating coal washing wastewa-ter.The rules of the influences of flocculant PAC,promoter PAM,upflow r ate U W and compulsory stirring rotation speed n on the pellet coagulation process wa s found.Concluded from the experime nts,applicable values for the above-mentioned substances and parameters areρ(PAC)=1.78~3.00mg /L,ρ(PAM)=1.10~2.90mg /L,U W =30~50cm /min,n=40~80r /min.
