摘要
在有菌种存在的好氧系统中,采用驯化活性污泥的方法处理高含盐量有机废水。结果表明,驯化活性污泥可以有效地处理高含盐量有机废水,在Na2SO4含量小于20000mg/L范围内,驯化污泥可以正常降解废水中的有机物,指示剂苯酚的去除率稳定在90%以上,通过驯化可以大大增强微生物抵御盐抑制的能力;在好氧系统中甜菜碱的抗钠毒性作用不明显。
In an aerobic environment with the ex istence of the special microbes,activated sludge was accli-mated to treat high saline organic wa stewater.The acclimated activated sludge could degrade organic substa nces normally when the concentration of Na 2 SO 4 was less than 20000mg /L in the wastew ater.The removal rate of sample substance phenol exceeded 90%.Acclimated microbes showed high r esistance to salt inhibition.Betaine showed little influence on the accli mation in an aerobic environment.
