摘要
针对农村低层砌体民居,利用廉价的废旧汽车轮胎,根据基础隔震的原理,提出了STP(scrap tire pads)隔震技术。本文介绍了该隔震元件的构造、工作原理以及STP隔震层的构造,并以刚体质量块代替刚度较大的砌体建筑物,对STP隔震垫进行了单向拟静力周期加载试验。结果显示,此STP隔震元件具有稳定的竖向刚度、较小的水平刚度、较大的阻尼比,性能良好稳定,减震效果明显。STP隔震元件造价低廉、取材环保,将它在广大农村地区推广,有一定的现实意义。
According to the principle of base isolation,we put forward the STP(scrap tire pads) isolation technology for rural masonry house.The working principle and structure of STP layer are introduced in this paper.And the unidirectional periodical quasi-static test using rigid mass block to replace the rigid masonry structure is presented.The results show that the STP has stable vertical stiffness,relatively small horizontal stiffness and high damping ratio.The effect of shock absorption is marked and the performance is stable.The cost of STP is low and it is helpful to environmental protection.It will be valuable for most rural area to apply this new technology.
