城市防震减灾能力标定中的模糊理论研究

摘要 城市防震减灾能力标定是一个涉及多学科和多指标内容的评价体系,根据震后死亡人数、经济损失率和震后恢复时间三个基本准则来进行评价。本研究以灰色关联度为理论基础,将整体评价体系中的各个分项指标的抗震能力加权成为一个综合指数,以此来评价城市的防震减灾能力。 The calibration of the ability of city earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is a multi-objective evaluation process,which needs to evaluate the number of dead people,the economic loss rate and recovery time after earthquake in the city. The study is based on the gray correlation concept in fuzzy mathematics and makes earthquake resistance in each subsystem of evaluation system in city earthquake prevention and disaster reduction ability integrated to be a computational method dealing with ability index of city earthquake prevention and disaster reduction ability. Based on the above,in order to evaluate the ability of city earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
