摘要
以H桥结构的级联型多电平逆变器为研究对象,介绍了统一空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的实现方法。首先建立了单级逆变器的统一SVPWM方法的显性调制函数表达式,通过改变零矢量分配系数就可以方便地实现各种连续SVPWM和不连续PWM(DPWM)调制方式。然后,通过载波移相的思想将其扩展至多级逆变器。提出了一种简单快速的统一SVPWM的数字化实现算法,该方法避免了传统SVPWM方法复杂的三角运算、坐标变换、空间矢量选择和矢量作用时间的计算。最后建立了8级联多电平逆变器的仿真模型和试验平台,并对不同调制方式下谐波特性进行了对比分析。仿真和试验结果表明此方法是可行的和有效的。
The generalized space vector pulse-width modulation method(SVPWM) is studied for the H-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter in this paper. The explicit modulation function expression of the generalized SVPWM method is established for the single stage cascaded inverter. Various continuous SVPWM and discontinuous PWM(DPWM) methods can be easily obtained by changing the zero vector distribution coefficient. The generalized SVPWM method for the cascaded multilevel inverter is then obtained by using the carrier phase-shift technique. To avoid the complex calculations, a fast digital algorithm is introduced. Trigonometric calculations, coordinate transformations, space vector selections and dwelling time calculations are avoided by using it. Finally, an eight cascaded multilevel inverter is used to test this method both in simulation and experimentation. The harmonic characteristics are also discussed. The coincidence of the simulation and actual results shows that this method is correct and feasible.
