基于新型电压电流双闭环控制的轴带发电机PWM整流器研究 被引量:18

摘要 为改善船舶轴带发电机的工况性能,通常采用电压型PWM整流器来对发电机进行可控整流。针对轴带发电机整流系统,由于功率不易测量而不宜采用直接功率控制,而采用直接电流控制动态性能又不是很理想。为此,本文在传统的直接电压电流双闭环控制模型的基础上,提出了采用电压电流平方双闭环控制策略来提高输出直流侧电压和输入交流侧电流的动态响应速度以及抗负载扰动能力;该控制方案还具有所需传感器数量较少、数字化实现相对简单等优点。最后,通过仿真和搭建实验平台验证了该控制模型的正确性和该控制方案的可行性。 With the purpose of improving the operation condition of shaft-generator, PWM rectifiers are generally applied in the industry. Traditional control of PWM rectifier mainly based on direct control and indirect control, and the later can also be classified into direct current control(DCC) and direct power control(DPC) according to the inner controlled variant. However, it is hard to measure power in shaft-generator PWM rectifier system in DPC mode, and DCC can only obtain limited dynamic performance. Therefore, based on traditional voltage and current dual-loop control, a novel control strategy using square of voltage and current as feedback is presented in this paper to improve system performance, such as dynamic responding time of DC voltages and AC currents,and immune to load variation. Furthermore, the novel control scheme is relatively easy to be digitally realized with fewer sensors. Finally, simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the control model and control method.
