摘要
传统直流变换器中存在大电感,限制了能量传递速度并降低了变换器的功率密度。微电感功率变换器利用电感、电容等器件实现软开关,可以提高开关器件的工作频率,从而加快响应速度并提高功率密度。本文针对以下微电感功率变换器进行研究:谐振LLC变换器、SAC变换器、微电感全桥变换器、电感钳位变换器、级联型Buck-Boost变换器及开关电容功率变换器。采用相平面分析法分别绘制稳态工况的相平面轨迹,根据相平面轨迹图分析开关管的软开关实现方式、输出特性及最优工作模式等特性,在此基础上提出一种相平面轨迹图及相关特性的分析方法并进行扩展,为后续的研究奠定基础。
Due to the presence of huge inductor in traditional DC-DC converter, the dynamic performance is limited and the power density is reduced. Inductor-less converters can achieve soft switching by little inductors and capacitors, which can increase the operating frequency of switching devices, thereby improve dynamic response and power density of converters. This paper studies the following inductor-less converters: LLC resonant converter, sine amplitude converter, inductor-less full-bridge converter, inductor-clamped converter, cascade Buck-Boost converter and switched capacitor resonant converter. Draw the steady-state trajectories and analyze the implementation of soft switching, output performance and optimal operating mode and other characteristics. At last, a general analysis method of state trajectory and related properties is proposed, which provide a basis for further research.
