电能质量可用户定制微网的按质定价方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对未来微网电能质量可用户定制特性,根据用户需求调研将微网划分为若干不同的电能质量多层级区域。采用一种改进层次分析-灰色理论方法对微网电能质量进行综合评估并确定各层级区域治理前后的质量等级。在合理拟合用户费用模型并有效表征意愿支付函数的基础上,以微网运营方利润最大化为目标构建计及质量保险的微网电能按质定价模型,最终确定目标微网中电能质量各层级用户对应的最优电价水平。以典型结构微网系统为例,分析了所提电能按质定价方法的有效性。 Considering the feasibility of customizable power quality control in the future, microgrid can be divided to several areas with different power quality levels based on the investigation of user requirements. To obtain the quality level of each area in the microgrid before and after power quality treatment, an comprehensive evaluation method of power quality using the improved analytic hierarchy process and gray theory is adopted. Based on the reasonable fitting of costs models and effective representation of willingness-to-pay functions for the power consumers in these areas, the electricity pricing model considering power quality of the microgrid is constructed, which is optimized for maximum operating-profit of the microgrid and reflects the power quality assurance. Then the most suitable electricity prices corresponding to the areas with different power quality levels in the microgrid can be determinate. A case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
