摘要
智能配电网最重要的特征就在于能够实现自愈控制。智能配电网自愈控制技术的实施,能够显著提高供电的可靠性,解决我国配电网长期以来存在的设备利用率低,线损率高等问题。本文阐述了智能配电网自愈控制的概念、特征以及定位,详细论述了传统配电自动化技术条件下的故障处理方案,指出配电网自愈技术是对传统配电自动化技术的延伸和发展,并依据不同的技术水平及适用条件,给出了三种智能配电网自愈控制技术方案。
The most important feature of smart distribution network is the ability to achieve self-healing. The implementation of smart distribution network self-healing can significantly improve the reliability of power supply, and can also solve the long-standing low utilization of equipment in the distribution network, the line loss rate and other issues. This paper describes the concept, features and locations of self-healing control of the smart distribution network, the treatment options under the traditional fault distribution automation technology conditions, noting that the distribution network self-healing technology is the extension and development of the traditional distribution automation technology. This paper also find three smart distribution network self-healing solutions based on different skill levels and applicable conditions.
