摘要
提出一种混合励磁轴向磁场磁通切换永磁电机,以一台12/11极电机为例分析电机的结构特点和工作原理。基于三维有限元方法研究该电机静态特性,对空载永磁磁场和气隙磁通密度进行分析,研究永磁磁链、反电动势、定位力矩及绕组电感等电磁特性,分析不同励磁电流下的气隙磁场分布和调磁特性。结果表明:该种电机的磁链和反电动势均为双极性的正弦分布,适于无刷交流运行场合;通过调节励磁电流,线圈匝链磁通变化明显,调磁效果较好。
A hybrid axial field flux-switching permanent magnet(HAFFSPM) machine is proposed, and the topology and operating principle are analyzed based on a 12/11 stator/rotor pole HAFFSPM machine. Based on 3-D finite element method(FEM), the static characteristics are investigated, including the no-load magnetic field distribution, air-gap flux density, open-circuit flux linkage, back EMF, cogging torque and winding inductance, etc. The air-gap flux distribution and field control ability at the different exciting currents are analyzed. It shows that the flux-linkage and back-EMF waveforms are bipolar and sinusoidal which makes the machine appropriate for brushless AC application. A good field control capability is obtained with varying the exciting current.
