摘要
针对电池储能(BESS)在实际运行过程中的使用寿命变化特征,建立BESS的可变经济使用寿命预测模型。基于电力系统中电池储能系统的静态功能(即削峰填谷),提出基于可变寿命模型的电池储能容量规划模型。该模型以系统净收益最大为目标,合理评估了电池储能承担调峰功能的能源节约效益、环保效益以及容量替代效益,并综合考虑了放电深度对电池使用寿命的影响。以IEEE RTS-96系统为例,对电池储能系统容量优化配置进行研究,仿真结果表明了所提模型的有效性。
Battery energy storage system(BESS) has promising applicable future in power system because of its flexibility, quick response rate and no site restrictions. A battery lifetime predication method is proposed in this paper, taking the effect of depth of discharge on battery life into consideration, which is a primary determinant of battery life. To evaluate the benefits of static functions of BESS, which are known as peak shaving or time shifting, an evaluation model is established with lifetime prediction method of BESS. The proposed method and model are applied in the IEEE RTS-96 system to determine the appropriate size of BESS to be installed. Results are presented to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
