基于反推控制的永磁同步电机新型直接转矩控制方法 被引量:25

摘要 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)传统直接转矩控制(DTC)运行时存在的磁链转矩脉动大,逆变器开关频率不恒定等问题,提出了一种基于反推控制的永磁同步电机新型直接转矩控制方法,该方法采用速度反推控制器取代传统的速度PI控制器,采用磁链转矩反推控制器用于产生定子电压在静止坐标系上的分量,并结合空间矢量调制方法产生开关信号,控制逆变器的运行。实验结果表明该方法能够明显减小传统直接转矩控制中的磁链和转矩脉动,并使逆变器工作在恒定的开关频率下,同时与基于PI控制的改进直接转矩控制方法相比,具有响应迅速、可调参数少的优点。 To solve the problems of large flux and torque ripples and inconstant switching frequency in traditional direct torque control(DTC) systems for permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM),a novel DTC of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on backstepping control is proposed.In this method,a speed backstepping controller is used to replace PI speed controller,a flux and torque backstepping controller is designed to produce stator voltage components and space vector modulation is used to produce switching signals to control inverters.Experiment results show that compared with the traditional DTC,the system has low flux and torque ripples and makes inverters have constant switching frequency.At the same time,compared with the modified DTC based on PI,the control system has advantages of fast response and a few adjusted parameters.
