摘要
旋转式音圈电机由于体积小,安装方便,在航空航天上越来越多地被用来驱动小惯量负载在有限转角内运动。盘式绕组音圈电机结构上具有一定优势,因为其轴向尺寸小,还可以无约束自由转动。影响音圈电机期可靠工作的因素主要有两点,即应力和温升。本文对盘式绕组旋转式音圈电机不同工作状态下的热载荷进行了分析,并建模对其热应力和热变形进行了仿真计算,计算结果表明所选择材料可以满足音圈电机长期可靠工作要求。论文工作对工程实际具有很好的参考价值。
Rotary voice coil motors(VCM) are more widely used in space equipment because of their small volume and flexible installation, to drive some small inertia load to achieve a precise control in a limited range of angles. Disk winding VCM has some special advantages because it's very thin in axial direction, and can freely rotates with no limits. Stress and temperature raise are two key factors influencing operating reliability of the motors. In this paper, thermal loads of the disk winding VCM under different working state are analyzed, and thermal stress and deformation are calculated in a thermal model. Calculation results indicate that the selected materials of the motor can meet the requirements of long term reliable working. The work in this paper can be used for a reference in practical engineering.
