摘要
介绍了UC3843芯片的特点,基于其适用于低电压驱动电路优势,设计适用于车载环境下的照明驱动电路。由于Multisim软件没有相关Spice模型,在分析其他公司为其他软件提供的Spice模型基础上,进行修正从而应用于驱动电路仿真。为提高稳定性,降低振荡,在电路中增加了斜坡电路,得到较好的输出特性。最后给出了实际的12V直流电源驱动的3W照明电路。
The characteristics of UC3843 chip is introduced, and LED driving circuit is designed or vehicular environment lighting because of its low voltage driving circuit based on the characteristics. As the Multisim software has not UC3843 Spice model, after analysis other company's Spice models provided for other software, the model is modified to be used for driving circuit simulation. In order to improve the stability and reduce oscillation, the slope circuit is added in the circuit, the output characteristics of the obtained is better. Finally, the 3W lighting circuit actual driver of 12 V DC power supply is presented.
